DEVELOPMENT LOG
The shelf is edited, tested, merged, and rebuilt.
These notes summarize real product changes in Hadtoo. They are published to make the design history visible to players and reviewers instead of leaving the only evidence inside source control or a full-screen game.

Cutline joins the active Hadtoo shelf
Random Pin was registered inside Hadtoo as Cutline, giving the portfolio a build-and-risk game alongside the social economy, heist, and word-territory titles. The Hadtoo route bridges to the current first-party Random Pin build while keeping the same launch-order, checkpoint, and secure-or-push identity.

The Vault gets clearer cooperation and result explanations
A concentrated usability pass made crew formation, vault cooperation, Cuts, and outcome explanations more legible. The one-screen layout was adapted for three vaults and larger tables, while the resolution sequence was tightened so players could understand who contributed, who benefited, and why a vault succeeded or failed.

The game lab becomes a smaller, more distinct portfolio
The active shelf was consolidated around stronger identities. The Crown and Don't Get Caught were folded into The Vault, Snatch and Chain Reaction were folded into Word Territory, Daily Table became a platform layer instead of a separate game, and weaker overlapping prototypes were retired from the active catalog.

TakeIt keeps the economy while the presentation gets sharper
TakeIt retained its twelve-round economy, public financial information, hidden TAKE/BLOCK/BUILD choices, The Man and Fat Cat leader pressure, and Empire Value finish while the table presentation was refined around clearer public money, private moves, property deeds, and mobile reflow.
WHY PUBLISH THIS
Originality is easier to evaluate when the process is visible.
Hadtoo's games change through design decisions, tests, usability work, consolidation, and tuning. The development log records that process in plain language and links it back to playable products and public guides.
